Hello and welcome to Transformed Bodies. I am the owner (Kenny) and full time fitness trainer of Transformed Bodies.
Fifteen years ago I entered high school football as a skinny kid, or Skinny Kenny. After four years of football exercises and weights, it became Killer Kenny. I learned some great techniques to go from skinny to lean.
I continued fitness training after high school and developed my own workouts. I was able to maintain my body weight at 9% body fat. I even entered a law enforcement fitness challenge (9-1-1 Fitness Challenge) and dropped to 5% body fat in just three months by following my own nutrition and exercise plan. I only worked out about three days a week for just over an hour each time.
Later I graduated the police academy, but was out of shape after the academy because my personal workouts were more demanding than the academy. I had bloated to 24% body fat shortly after the academy. I decided to get my body back and dropped down to 12% body fat in approximately four months. I am currently 5% body fat and packing on muscle, losing fat, and maintaining the magazine “six pack” abs because I balance my diet and workout smarter, not longer.
I am ACTION and ACT certified as a personal trainer and have helped clients for over five years reach their fitness goals and dreams.
I am a full time personal trainer and started Transformed Bodies in August 2009 because I understand the frustration of achieving the body you want. I know how hard it can be to get lean and toned or drop unhealthy weight. I have successfully helped others learn how to control their bodies by giving them workouts best suited to meet their needs. I take great pride in creating workouts and shaping healthy techniques to make exercise safe, fun, and rewarding. I look forward to meeting you so I can help you achieve your results.
